The Association for Historical Fencing owns the copyright to the following archival materials. Although most historical material is out of original copyright, and therefore in public domain, any digital images procured by the Association for Historical fencing are owned by the Association for Historical Fencing and protected under copyright law unless otherwise noted. Original, primary source material is copyrighted by the document’s writer(s) with the Association for Historical Fencing as its custodian. This digitized information is available to the Association’s members for personal and educational use only.

The following digitized images or primary source material cannot be reproduced either digitally (via the internet) or physically (printed copies exceeding that of personal and educational use (1)) for any purposes besides as stated above and without authorization of both the owner, if applicable, and the Association for Historical Fencing as the image’s custodian. Authorization to quote from or republish the following images or original material must be sought from both the owner, if applicable, and the Association for Historical Fencing.
